I am so thankful that our Lord Jesus puts different things on our hearts not to condemn us, but so that we might examine ourselves and make the necessary changes that might need to be made now. Been thinking about this for a while. God grants us time to change but never forces us to change. It is still our choice despite being slaves to righteousness and redeemed by the blood of Christ.

I am thankful that God reminds me that I am a sinner, and keeps me humble although it really hurts right now. I thank God for this trial because He is making me into the disciple He want me to be, and in doing so, I can minister to others who are facing the same problems as me.

I am thankful that God never gives up on me. I woke up this morning with another opportunity to work on myself and to lean into Him. I'm thankful for the opportunity to be able to reach out to others. I'm thankful for His grace... I don't deserve it... but he loves me so much that he freely gives it. I'm thankful for a repentant heart that breaks down walls. (Isn't it ironic that yielding our power to Christ gives us the highest potential for change?)

I am thankful to be feeling better. I also agree with curly and broken. I am thankful for God's grace, love and forgiveness for this miserable sinner. I fall short and sin everyday yet God is faithful to offer me grace and forgiveness and the opportunity to start fresh because of his love for me.
