I am thankful for God giving me the intelligence and confidence to try new things. Ie: just made my first batch of sourkraut. I can't wait to try it in a week or so.

Today I am thankful for God moving circumstances so that my new granddaughter can have a new vaporizer at a discounted price. Go Heavenly Dad!!! Also I'm blessed to have a friend I never met email my church about providing me help in getting a hearing aid and on Sunday they accepted her proposal and the church is giving me some money to pay for part if not all of the cost. Again God is so good. And friends are wonderful too.

I am thankful that God makes a way, where there seems to be no way. (like a worship song from the 80's) He moves in ways we cannot see, He will make a way for me. He will be my guide hold me closer to His side. With love and strength for each new day, He will make a way, He will make a way.

I am so thankful that God provides an oasis of tranquility in the midst of worldly turmoil. No matter how small It May be It is always there. Sometimes we must search for it through the fog of our minds and lives. Sometimes we come across it unknowingly and sometimes God himself carries us There. So I'm thankful.

I am thankful that God is using this forum to reach out to those that are hurting and in need of help. I am thankful that He is working through us and in us to help each other and lift each other up.

I'm thankful for being able to rise again from after a fall. I am a sinner and will be until the day I'm called home. Everyday I have to ask for forgiveness for things I've done or failed to do. So today I too am learning about forgiveness and grace. There is no better place to learn than among friends.

This morning I'm thankful that God allowed the sun to rise another day and that I have a full stomach and a warm house to live in. I've been without and I know how quickly these luxuries can disappear. God thank you for the little things about life that we often overlook. Truly you have blessed us and have made our lives comfortable. Amen.

I'm thankful for God's Amazing Grace. I so often feel I have come to the end of my rope and it is just overwhelming great to know there's never an end to God's rope for me or for anyone.
I'm also so thankful for this forum. My husband told me when we talked a couple days ago that he was jealous I had found an active forum bc he actually had been looking into joining one at some point and he said he didn't find an an active one. (I'm praying he joins here now!)
So I am thankful for Gods plans for this forum and for each of you.

Your husband is more than welcome to join us here if he wants to. Have him read over some of the other men's posting to get a feel for who we are and how we try to extend grace and support to one another. We will try to stay away from "fixing" one another and we will only get legally involved if it should be deemed harmful to yourself or others.
Today I am thankful for the opportunity to go in for a hearing evaluation. I have been a month without hearing aids and not being able to hear is very hard on me emotionally. So by the end of the day I will know when I can pick up my new hearing instrument. Thank you for all who have prayed and got involved in this matter. I am truly thankful for my friends and the church for all that they did and continue to do.
