I am thankful for a steady job. It's tough going in everyday... but the income enables me to take care of myself. Thank you, Lord. :-)

I am thankful today for an honest doctor. Rather than try and do an unnecessary eye surgery, he told Mother the bad news that there isn't a way to correct her eyesight. While this may be harsh he was open an honest and saved us from a 3 hour surgery plus weeks of recovery. I am thankful for the truth be it hard to swallow. Mom is doing ok with the news and we are monitoring her closely.

I am thankful for one more day of life.
I'm thankful that my love is making better friends at church.
I'm thankful for hot coffee in the morning. :-)

I'm very thankful to have some place warm to go on a cold winter morning. It makes me think back to a period in my life when I did not have that so I am very grateful for that. I'm also thank you to have people in My life who love me for who I am and encourage me to be more than I am today.

God has so graciously given me back my hearing through a wonderful company named Starkey. Thanks be to God for modern technology and it's ability to sometimes enhance the quality of life. I got both my hearing aids yesterday.

I am thankful that the kingdom of God is always at work and that it doesn't depend solely on me. I'm sinful and selfish in So many ways yet forgiven. I'm thankful for my job that I'm able to work and provide for my material needs. I'm especially grateful for the role I play here on BG. Often at times it's hard and many tears are shared but in the end I wouldn't change a thing.

Today I am thankful for the NARROW DOOR CHALLENGE. Being that it is pushing me to get out of my comfort zone and focus my energy on doing the things I should be doing anyway. I am thankful that people are putting up some incredible numbers and have not quit. God put it on the hearts of men and we will not fail Him.
