I couldn't agree with you more. The pain that we feel, as well is those who are suffering when there is help. Today is all that matters. Yesterday is in the past and tomorrow does not exist. Today is all that matters. Make Today Great!

Yesterday my wife "liked" a Pinterest posting regarding DIVORCE that says,
"Giving up doesn't always mean you're weak; sometimes it means you are strong enough to let go."
A sign of things to come? All I have to say to that is "come what may, Lord".
If you could, please keep praying for me, my wife and our son...for our Father to cover us with grace, forgiveness, wisdom and open hearts.

9.5, to be exact!
I've been off porn longer than that (about 1.5 years), but in terms of being masturbation-free, I had some early false starts.

Yes, you are living as single? If yes, then I would guess you get quite tense sometimes?
I also challenge you: What kind of results/ changes do you see in your life? You don't need to answer me, just asking you.

4 days to go...
I have to say that I felt a tinge of temptation last night to masturbate. It felt for awhile like my mind was telling me to reward myself for completing my goal (which I haven't obviously). So I listened to a podcasted sermon from a church I subscribe to and thankfully, that feeling dissipated.

Aaron, what kind of rewards do you get? You don't have to answer me. Just for yourself.

365.25 days masturbation-free! Whoo-hoo! I want to thank God and all you folks for being with me on this tough and life-changing journey. It feels like yesterday that I started this challenge, and it definitely wasn't an easy passage. Even with all the temptations and primal instinct challenging me for a release, I was able to utilize my arsenal of tools (such as positive distractions, exercise, praying, friends, talking out loud, etc) to stop me from going further. My mind and body feels great!
Onward to the next milestone!...

Congratulations! Celebrate somehow but don't allow your limbic system to catch you off guard. Keep going, you're doing great!
