Speaking of music, I have definitely found over the years that there are certain songs that just stir up a huge amount of lust inside me, which leads to temptation then ultimately sin. On some occasions, I used to have music playing in the background whilst I would be looking up P. Don't ask me the name of the songs or the artists as I can't remember, but now I find if I hear certain songs on the radio or on my iPad, my thoughts almost immediately go to P and lust. Needless to say as part of my strategy to freedom I'm trying to play worship music only on my iPad and either listen to the only christian radio station in Adelaide or none at all. Most pop music is pure garbage anyway these days so I don't think I'm missing much!

And then, make it that much harder to withstand temptation during those trying moments. |
