Hi, I'm a 18 year male who is currently in college and very much so struggling with both porn and masturbation. I would more than anything like to break this nasty habbit, but I believe I need help and guidence. Hopefully I can break the habbit with the help and encouragement of others.

PacMan, thanks for writing. A few questions... -Are you a Christian? Where do you stand spiritually with God?
-Do you have friends (preferably older) who are in recovery who could help you?
-Have you read "Every Man's Battle" or other recovery literature?
-Have you considered seeing a good Christian counselor who specializes in helping men get free of sexual addictions?
