I never identified as a homosexual but I know a little of the struggles. How is that even possible? I'm a straight guy but "understand the struggles?". Here is what I mean. When I was little, I did things considered homosexual, I also idolized my body. In this sense, I can relate to homosexual. Also, there have been times when I felt a strange temptation to lust after a man, even though I am not gay. I know Satan tempts men, straight, bi, gay to sin. We know this is Satan's plan. I have a little more mercy now towards the homosexual because it could happen to anyone, I serious believe that. Without God's help, probably any guy could become this way.
Wither you believe you are born this way or not, matters not. God is there to save and seek the lost. God is able to change your heart and mine, heterosexual and homosexual. We know the Bible teaches us that we ought to love our brothers and sisters, in a holy way.
God please help any person out there who is struggling with same sex addiction. Please help them to understand who You are, what You want in their life, and please give them power from above to overcome this sin. Lord, whether we are heterosexual or think of ourselves as homosexual, please break our chains of sexual addiction. Lord, You can clean us, You can make us clean. Lord, we know You are willing, so please make us willing. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
God loves you and so do we, your brothers and sisters. You are who Christ says you are. If you are set free, you are free indeed. If you trust that Jesus Christ has died on the cross for your sins, and was buried and rose on the third day, and confess and forsake your sins, trusting in Jesus, You are one of His now and you are not a homosexual anymore, even if you have temptations. Christ can and will give you power to break free from all of the sexual sins. In Jesus' name. Amen. Jesus Christ is able to show you and teach how and I how to battle demons of lust and Satan Himself with the Word of God. Matthew 4. Amen.
