First off, you must understand there is NO CONDEMNATION to those in Christ Jesus,
John 8
1 Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.
2 And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.
3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
Meditate on this, let it go into your mind and soul that you do not have any condemnation in Christ.
When I understood this, this acted as a propulsion away from PMO. Know that you are righteous in God's sight.
Romans 3:22 King James Version (KJV)
22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
I don't know the exact verses, you need to meditate and study, be truly convinced there i NO condemnation in Christ.
Even after knowing this, i fell into sin again, but having the same knowledge, of NO Condemnation, it was So much easier to get out and away from PMO. Yes, I felt a bit of guilt but I know the repentance in my heart, that even I sinned, I knew I didn't want it and I knew I am still righteous and this helped me keep going, its so much easier.
Do I feel like sinning on purpose knowing there is no condemnation?
Nope, i don't. That is the problem of the heart if you do. If you still want to in that manner, you have not truly repented, compared to those who don't want to sin but the flesh just pulls them.
Secondly, this:
2 Timothy 2:22
22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
Matthew 5
27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
This is your answer, this is your only answer.
We are Never to fight this temptation, this is the only temptation we are told to flee. Joseph fled when he was tempted by an attractive person.
So you need to plan your strategy accordingly. Plan of things to do, places to go out, work to do, that just keeps you busy, and away from this.
remove sources of temptation, youtube, and many sites. Do all you can to evade with precautions.
Thirdly: Read the word
Matthew 4:4
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
READ THE BIBLE DAILY, that is all. Don't just read 1 chapter. Read 10 chapters or more if you can.
Just do it, trust me, you will feel enlightened, things will work out better.
