We went to family life's weekend to remember recently. It had a lot of helpful tools. One of the lessons was about affairs. I've been hurt a lot, so I've always viewed trust as something that can't be rebuilt. However, the speaker said it could be! My friends who are taking this journey to recovering along side our marriage have been telling me that our marriage can be healed. I didn't believe it until hearing it from this speaker who is a family therapist and has dealt a lot with marriage affairs. If you ever get a chance I recommend going to one of the weekend to remember. If you can't there's a book called Torn Asunder Recovering from an Extramarital Affair by Dave Carder with Duncan Jaenicke. I've just started to read it, and it's already been helpful.

I’ve read that book and my H and I are doing the workbook. It’s defin what we needed to continue to get through all the emotions and sort through the problems. So glad you are seeing that there’s hope
