At the rec of my therapist I've begun charting my moods and progress. I just started using the iMoodJournal app on my iPhone. I'm sure there are many more out, this is just what I chose after looking at a few others. It charts things in graphs when there is enough data that you enter. I already know my low times- usually starts off in the morning. By the end of the day I'm fine. It's just good to have a record of my feelings and how I'm doing throughout this trial/journey. Hope you guys get to chart your progress as well!
