My brother went off the deep end. I ended up calling the cops. They had to come out twice. The second time because bro threatened me. Theyou arrested him for terroristic threats. They can't remove him from the house because he pays rent so as soon as he gets bail he is coming back. I am actually terrified. The cops did remove all the guns and ammo because bro put the guns in mom's name. I am terrified.

Heavenly father. Keep this humble servant of yours safe in your hands. Shield her with your angels and build a hedge of holy fire around her so that no harm will come to her. I call on you Lord to remove all I'll will and thoughts aimed at Amy. That you blind the wicked so that they can not see her.
I pray that bail will be delayed until her brother has cooled down and seen the truth.
Help guide her with your wisdom and your grace.
Cover her with the blood of Jesus so that she may walk safely in her own home.
In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
File a temporary restraining order. Ask the police if they can park a patrol car outside for the first 24 hours after his release.
I will keep praying for you.

I am filing a protection order although I am not sure if it will help since he lives here. I have never had to do this before. I am still shaking.

He took my pills and buried them in the garden. I found them because I noticed a freshly dug area. He put marijuana in the bottles and the sheriff thinks the other stuff was seeds to grow the plants. I can't even...I am so hurt and upset. He was trying to implement me in a drug charge. His big mouth caught him before he could finish it. I am dreading his getting out of jail.

It may be time for you to move out...I don't know if that's a feasible option, but it may be more so than living with a psychopath. I know family issues are complicated, and I obviously don't know anything about the situation, but your life may depend on you getting out of that house.

Well, Praise God for his big mouth. Sounds like maybe you dodged a bullet there.
That is GREAT that you are filing a Protective Order. Very good job, Amy. I hope that whoever assists you in doing so helps you with everything you need.
Jesus, send Amy to the right people to help her get this done!
Is there a way that you can have that police station contact you when he is being released?
You have every right to be hurt and upset and I am so sorry that your brother is causing such turmoil right now.
Jesus, keep your hand over Amy and over her brother, too.
Give Amy peace, strength, and comfort so that she can stay focused on the steps she needs to take right now to keep herself safe.
Jesus, please help Amy's brother. He is a lost sheep and needs your guidance so badly right now. Please keep him safe and anyone else around him safe.
Thank You, Jesus for giving Amy the courage to face this and the strength to overcome it.

Thank you all for your prayers. I really don't know what we are going to do. Shell-shocked. It's my sister's house so she will have to evict him. That can take awhile. I am going to file a protection order tomorrow. I have never done this before so I don't know the process. I can always go to the domestic violence shelter if I need to. I am sure my auntie would make room for me if I need it. Although her son is just as bad as my brother and he lives with her. I am waiting for my community support worker to call me. She may be able to help us get moved. My sisters are also being supportive. My neighbors are aware of what went on and are keeping an eye out for us. I am beyond able to handle any more tonight and mom is the same.
Every time I think I have no tears left, I start crying again. I am out of my depth on this one. I have no clue what to do or how to do it.

Amy it is such a relief to hear that you have so many options for support around you.
God does all the heavy-lifting, but sometimes you have to wonder where on earth you'd be without your friends, family, and community.
Take time for yourself tonight, Amy.

Can you and you mom go to the neighbors and sleep there tonight?
Is it possible to maybe go to a motel for the night if the neighbors can't put you up.
