Hey everyone...
I would like to ask prayers for my mom..
She will be having surgery friday for a tumor (or so they think is a tumor) in her abdomen.. along with fixing a hernia.. wich is what found the tumor. We wont know if its cancerous until they get in their.. my mom is my only parent.. she's my mom and dad and always have been so... can't really imagine my life without her... i know god will take care of her.. so im staying positive.. she's a tuff old bird.. im just praying all will be fine..

Yes i sure will ... im gonna go spend 4 days with her.. we just went to see her for the weekend also.. and it was the best time... i haven't laughed till i almost wet myself or couldn't catch my breath in a long time... it was much needed on so many levels..
I just have alot of fear.. things wont go well.. she lives with fibromyalgia and arthritis.. among other health issues... she said if its cancerous and not good.. she wont fight it because she doesn't want to continue to live with pain... so i praying praying praying... it will all be ok!

Hi ladies... my mom's surgery went well.. they removed her appendix with the tumor.. we are waiting for the pathology report to see if further surgery is needed. She will have to go in to fix her hernia because it could not be repaired at this time.. so god willing her heath will continue to be well...

Thank you for updating us GHP. I am glad the surgery went well. Let us know what the testing shows. I am praying for benign.

Hey Amy.. silly me.. i fogot to update you guys..
My mom is doing well.. it was a tuff surgery.. we spent 4 days in the hospital after but thank god all is well... the pathology report was clear!
She has been confused since the surgery so were trying to get her meds back under control and she will have her hernia surgery in two month's but that should be simple.. God willing!

Yeah abdominal surgery is tough to heal from. I am glad she is doing better. I will be praying that they get her meds straightened out.
