Ther3se, everyone's healing journey is going to be different. You have a past that sounds like mine but our journeys to healing will not be the same. The best advice I can give you is to listen to the whispers of your heart which are generally the Holy Spirit talking to you.
You have your hands full at the moment with a baby on the way, a child, and dealing with this addiction. Do what you need to do to have a safe delivery...If that means not having your husband present then do that. One thing I have learned in life is that no 2 situations are ever the same. If you are worried about a repeat of your last delivery, maybe you should talk about it with your husband at your couples counseling. Sometimes just voicing our fears help.
