Hello,
We have been renting from our landlord next door for six years now. God has provided. And my wife prompted me to ask my landlord to renew our lease. So when I asked him via a text, he messaged back to me that he's considering putting the house on the market. He also asked if I was interested in purchasing the home. I haven't answered back yet. But my main concern is my credit. I declared bankruptcy about 4 years ago, and my FICO score is low. I was hoping for more time to get my credit up, but knowing this, time is not on my side.
So my wife and I have been searching for options. There is hope. Our house needs a lot of work so finding a buyer may be challenging. We definitely have an interest in buying the house. But the price and circumstances need to be right.
Pray that God provides us peace, direction, and wisdom during this process.
