LOL. Ya'll those are funny. Mom mom won't hardly talk to anyone until she's put the caffeine IV in. I told her All I want her to do is listen and nod her head.
I got this pamphlet for migraines and caffeine, chocolate and prepared meats (which I don't eat anyway) can trigger migraines. Perhaps I ought to just burn it?
I do have a cuppa here and there. I love mine with lottsa milk and then REALLY sweet with a tsp of organic can sugar.

HS3....you must have a really small cup...just a tsp? I use sweetner...lots of it. I have a 24 oz mug and put 3 heaping tbsp in it Plus creamer and a dash of milk.
I suffered from optical migraines for years. Tried the no caffeine and chocolate. Didn't do squat. Some people actually have the oposite effect with caffeine in that it helps prevent migraines or ease them. If you look at some OTC migraine pain relievers they have caffeine in them. Burn the pamphlet and listen to your body...it will tell you if caffeine gives you migraines.

My oldest dedicated this song to my hubs and I to describe our marriage which made me LOL. I've had litteraly taken his almost all of his clothes and thrown them in the room he was sleeping in and even down the stairs and told him to pack. I just love Kelly C. I wish I had her voice. "My Life Would Suck W/o You"

My neurologist just said I'm one of those people who are predisposed to headaches/migraines. If we get a barometric drop with a thunderstorm or a Tropical Storm (these make me feel like I'm being run over by a truck)...I'll get a migraine. Change in weather/and or pollen...sinus trouble.
But the Gabapentin and Baclofen have helped so much so I think it's more along the lines that my TMJ will lead to a migraine too. Migraines have lessened and I haven't had to take Imitrex as much.
I went off the Topomax for now. I think it was making me hyper and manic. I'll just see if a few days off makes me feel better.
Hubs and I are going to VA not this weekend but the next one for five days. I. Can't. Friggin'. Wait. I haven't had time away from here since he lost his job in June of 2014. Mama is at nuclear levels of stress. I hope and pray we have a sunny Indian Summer that weekend. I'd like to take the Naval Base Tour and a bunch of other fun stuff.
Maybe catch Jamestown (first settlement here in America that involves the famous Pocahontas), Yorktown (where Cornwallis and the British surrendered) and Colonial Williams-burg another of the first settlements in America on the way home. It's the "trinity of VA History". And right by each other. The fall colors are beautiful too.

Oh, one time I tried Excedrin for Headache and the caffeine made my heart beat out of my chest. I got really scared. I've heard it either works great or it doesn't .

BTW the Sound Track was great - I liked the bit where she throws the fish tank, minus the fish, out the window.
