Steve, I am happy that you feel able to move on with your life. You say you need to put everything into your novel however is that healthy? Is that what God calls us to do as Christians? You are still young in your recovery and your walk with God. Putting these on hold is not a good idea. Satan uses these times to draw us away from what we need and then hits us harder with the same crap. Just be careful my brother that he isn't doing this to you.
You are always in my prayers.

I am happy for you Steve. Just remember not to neglect these other aspects of your life. I know you don't want to be ruled by your addiction however it is not something you can forget about either. Over time you will spend less time on it but that requires work and a closeness to the Lord. I am looking forward to reading your book when it is published. You have come to love your main character and that shows me that this will be a great story.

Acually I know exactly what you are going thru. I haven't been sleeping well myself. I think it has to do with the changing seasons. My body has been getting up at 4:30 a.m. and I can't get back to sleep. Doesn't seem to matter that I am exhausted. 4 hours later I am back to sleep which doesn't help when I have things to do...
