Thanks Steve. It's definitely not an easy road is it! I know exactly what it feels like to "slip", however the true test is how you / we respond. I too feel like I am aiming for perfection sometimes and let one inappropriate thought snowball into more and more because I feel I have let myself down. I have not looked at P or M for some time now, however if anything my thought life has been worse than when I had been. Something I do need to improve.
Cheers,
Brett

Brett, I hope that you haven't given up the fight. You know fully what it means to be a soldier in man's army. Now is your opportunity to become a true soldier in God's army. He's looking at you to lead the way and teach other young men by your example of purity. Are you up for the challenge? Are you prepared for what it will take to win the fight? This is truly the most important battle you will ever face as a soldier. It is a war being cast for your sole. Spiritual warfare is being played out in your life, my life, and the life of every man and woman walking around. So with that in mind, my question is are you going to fight or give in because the battle is too tough? You may not win every time; no soldier can expect to win every war and not escape without casualties. But as you already know, a good soldier doesn't run from a fight. Keep fighting and you'll win.
