Hi everyone,
From experience, I know the prayers coming from this forum have a lot of power. So I feel compelled to have us pray for a dear sister in the Lord whom my wife has known for several years.
My wife, wiltingiris, set up a faith and support group for people and their loved ones suffering from Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH). Our oldest daughter, Abby, has this. It's an adrenal disorder that keeps the body from producing cortisol and aldosterone. These things are necessary for keeping proper blood pressure during times of stress and maintaining proper sodium levels. It's quite impressive that my wife set up such a ministry.
Well one of the members, a nurse, has CAH. And she has been a tremendous resource for other members. In a fluke accident, she stepped out of her car, and the car started to roll. She tripped and fell, and her car rolled over her. She broke several bones, including her pelvis, and she's currently in the ICU. The doctors say she should recover.
Please pray that she will make a good, speedy recovery without complications that CAH often brings out. Also pray that God will provide a means to cover her financial obligations. It's believed that she's going to need about $10,000.00. People are accepting donations. Her name is Kim. Thank you, everyone.
