Hello everyone,
As a testimony, God has brought a couple of guys across my path. I believe this is no accident. God has made it very clear that he wants me to stay connected with these two men so that I can encourage them to draw closer to him.
The first one is a co-worker. He shared with me this past weekend that he started to go to church, and he showed up to a Bible study this past week. He said that my example and demonstration of faith encouraged him to pursue this for himself. He's tired of living his old life. Pretty cool, eh? He's an emotional anorexic like myself and we had a great conversation about how love is still important to embrace even though it can be hard to feel.
The other guy I met yesterday at his son's birthday. Technically, it's his fiance's son. They have been putting off their wedding for at least 3 years. I was able to give them both some encouragement to follow through with their plans. They both appear to have a root of faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ. But my wife was able to discern that this couple felt uneasy about going to church because they are living together, but haven't married yet. Pray that they'll find a way to tie the knot so that their covenant makes a good lasting impression on the four kids in their life.
I will put both of these guys on my outreach call rotation. Pray that both of them will answer their phone when I call. Pray that the Lord lays on each of their hearts to continue to grow in Christ. Pray that the Lord will grant me wisdom as I share my experience with them.
Thank you.

KK, Pretty cool! I don't think it is any coincidence or accident either. Pray and meditate as you address each person. God will guide your words and actions. If all churches only let in non-sinners there would be no one at church - they would be empty buildings. They need to understand that and know the Lord deeper than they currently do. As their faith deepens their hearts will be convicted to deal with their situation, we don't need to judge but only show God's word at the right time. Blessings and wisdom to you, Nikanor

I wanted to give an update on this one. I had a chance to speak to both of these guys this past week. So far, the Lord has been working on them both. So thank you for your prayers.
The one couple just got a marriage license earlier this week which is awesome. I will follow up with him to see how they are progressing so keep praying.
My co-worker went back to church a second time. This is new for him, but it seems like he's making progress.
Thank you everyone.

We met with the engaged couple last night. They've been sharing about plans to regularly attend a particular church in the area. I can see God really working in both of their lives. They want to talk with the pastor at that church to see if they could get married with their assistance. Hope it works out well.

I got a chance to share the gospel with my friend at work last night. I used the WDJD method that's described in www.wayofthemaster.com
Pray that the Holy Spirit continues to tug at his heart so that he will make a decision to repent from his sin and put his faith and trust in Jesus.

Hey everyone,
My family just attended a wedding for the couple that we were praying for above. And both the bride and the groom let me know that I played an integral role in their decision to finally tie the knot. That amazes me.
It amazes me because if I hadn't chose to outreach to the groom on a regular basis, then they would still be unmarried and distancing themselves from God as a result of their sinful lifestyle.
It amazes me that if I hadn't reached out for help on this forum for my PA and MB, this would have had a different outcome. I shows me that my choices do affect those around me. Thank you, God, for your grace.
