Hey Joyful,
Thanks for sharing your blog. I finally got to skim through some of it. I had to first find a way to bypass my DansGuardian (a porn-blocker for LINEX) to get to your site. LOL
It would appear that you have some first hand experience in this addiction. Is that so?
If you need any prayers or support, we're here for you. And please refer others to this site if they need support as well. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to read a bit of my blog. Sexual sin has been an issue for me in the past. Please pray over my problem with anger and lack of trust in God.

I am grateful you enjoyed the resources listed. Hopefully you will be able to attend the conference. If not, begin praying that God would bring along something like it in the future for you to go to. And please read through once again the resources listed. I know they will help with any struggles you may currently be wrestling with (or you can share them with others who need help).

Do you like to read? If so, a few books I recommend reading regarding anger (that I must read again) include: "The Heart of Anger" by Lou Priolo "Anger: Handling a Powerful Emotion in a Healthy Way" by Gary Chapman A must-hear sermon on anger entitled, "The Healing of Anger" by Timothy Keller can be heard here for free: sermons2.redeemer.com/sermons/healing-angerAlso, wiltingiris, if you struggle to understand why God allows pain and suffering or question whether God is in control, please make the time to read: "Walking with God Through Pain and Suffering" by Timothy Keller "The Grand Weaver: How God Shapes Us Through the Events in Our Lives" by Ravi Zacharias Be sure to be reading the Bible daily (or listening to an Audio Bible) and praying to God from an honest heart. "Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us." Psalm 62: 8 (I am learning and growing in both of these disciplines)

I love the resources you posted and in the local food pantry they have a christian library that we can check out books and I believe I have seen one of those there so I am motivated to look it up. Thanks for the sermon we listened to it as a family and it was insightful. God bless you sister!

Glad to hear! You are very welcome.
One of the best decisions you can make each day is to saturate your mind with the Bible. Read much of it; Psalms, Proverbs, the Gospels...everywhere!

Thanks for the resources on anger. I cycle through anger b/c of my hubby. I'm always reminded that God says to be anger and not sin. It's hard to let myself feel the anger and heal yet not take it out on my hubby.
When we get our tax return, I'll have to see if amazon has those books.
