My wife and I have both benefited greatly from S-Anon Couples in Recovery meetings. We both attend our individual Sanon and SA meetings to work on ourselves. The Sanon Couples Meetings help with our communication and trust issues.
Most od the s-anon couples meetings are once or twice a month. Many Sanon and Sexaholics Anonymous members are not aware of the sanon Couples in Recovery meetings but you can find them if you use a search engine like Google.
It's really great to be in meetings with other couples that are working on the same issues.
