Thanks Mike,
"....Your husband has 100% free will to get help, or he can choose to give himself to the false god of lust and face the consequences. This may be difficult to accept if you struggle with control issues or are desperate to see your husband change, but the good news is you can find peace in the midst of the raging storm if you’re willing to surrender your life to Him."
Great point regarding the "free will" and finding "peace"

There is some truth in this article. I am fearless now. I am stronger than I ever was. But just as I would never return to a "father" who beat me, I will never return to a "God" who allowed this to happen to me.
When or if I meet him, if "He" exists, he's got a lot of explaining to do.
I always appreciate your perspective, Mike. Thank you.
My best, DW

Thanks DW. My prayer is that some day you will discover the joy of knowing Him once again, and that He will heal your heart. We men are a screwed up bunch and can never fill the place in the heart that is only meant for the Lord. People will fail you at some point.
If you're serious about letting Him explain it to you, you might consider taking your Bible and journal and going someplace alone for 24 hours (preferably at a retreat away from the city with no TV or distractions) and seeing what He does.
