I agree - Wild at Heart does a great job getting into the father wound issues that often drive men to sexual addiction. Eldredge also makes some great points about how the church has emasculated men by giving them an imperative just to "be a nice moral guy." Might as well tell us to put on a dress.
I think Eldredge probably helped set a lot of men free from the "just be a nice Christian" chains by pointing out that we men yearn for a battle to fight.
