It might be good to ask the Lord what He would like you to change. If you change or add a boundary it might help. If you feel deep down you really don’t want to change then it is the old man that needs to be crucified again.
“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?”
Romans 6:1-2 WEB
www.bible.com/206/rom.6.1-2.web“knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be in bondage to sin.”
Romans 6:6 WEB
www.bible.com/206/rom.6.6.webAsk yourself , am I dead to sin? Am I alive in Jesus? Or am I alive to my sin and am I dead to Jesus? There is only two paths.
Sexual sins killed Samson
Sexual sins killed in David’s family.
Israel fell to the customs to the gentile world by their pagan women and still Satan know how to make men fall.
It’s time to get serious
It’s time to hate your sin and don’t play games.
God will not be mocked and God has provided every you need.
You can detox from this. But it will take radical changes. I am not fond of quoting secular wisdom. It I have heard in secular recovery groups that “if you don’t change what your doing now, then your sobriety date will change” that is a weak but wise saying. It’s weak because the secular groups don’t know the Lord and are working on mere will power but we have the Holy Spirit...
“Thus consider yourselves also to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore don’t let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. Also, do not present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God, as alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin will not have dominion over you. For you are not under law, but under grace. What then? Shall we sin, because we are not under law, but under grace? May it never be! Don’t you know that when you present yourselves as servants and obey someone, you are the servants of whomever you obey; whether of sin to death, or of obedience to righteousness?”

“and traded the glory of the incorruptible God for the likeness of an image of corruptible man, and of birds, and four-footed animals, and creeping things.”
Romans 1:23 WEB

Every time we look at porn and masturbate it is spiritual adultery that we unite our spirit with the spirit of adultery and where is Jesus in all of this?
“Don’t you know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be! Or don’t you know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For, “The two”, he says, “will become one flesh.” But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit. Flee sexual immorality! “Every sin that a man does is outside the body,” but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.”
1 Corinthians 6:15-18 WEB
www.bible.com/206/1co.6.15-18.webDoes it break your heart that God is offended and grieved by this? Does it want to make you want to change whatever it is you’re doing to want to make necessary changes?
Is God speaking with you about something He wants you to let go of? I say this because God will discipline His children and it will hurt you more in the long run.
If internet is the method to feed your lust, first your must be crucified with Christ and them make the necessary changes to be offline for a good while. Or you will make yourself fall again and again and again. How do you think God wants you to do? I tried to hide my sin for many years but it finally caught up with me. It hurt my wife and children.
It might not be that way for you if you are single or have no children so you might be tempted to think that the consequences are light but think again.
“don’t boast over the branches. But if you boast, it is not you who support the root, but the root supports you. You will say then, “Branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.” True; by their unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by your faith. Don’t be conceited, but fear; for if God didn’t spare the natural branches, neither will he spare you. See then the goodness and severity of God. Toward those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in his goodness; otherwise you also will be cut off. They also, if they don’t continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again.”
Romans 11:18-23 WEB
www.bible.com/206/rom.11.18-23.webThere has to be something you can do to make a change. If someone where to lock you up in prison you could change but that is not going to be the true heart change God wants. It might take an initial prison lockup to make you sober for a few years then when you feel right with the Lord again perhaps you can get back online.
