I think the Trinity (God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit) are biblical. I also see this on the blazing grace website too. www.blazinggrace.org/about-us/ but I met a brother who is a oneness pentacostal who said to me that the trinity is not biblical, I explained this to my mother she said that this brother is going to lead me astray. I don't know what other denominations of men or women who are here but I hope this doesn't offend someone but...but should I or we be around other brothers or sisters who deny the trinity? I am confused but want to take the gospel very seriously. I know this might be a topic of debate and I already know what I believe so I am just asking those who believe in the Trinity (the Godhead, three persons of God, Father, Son, Holy Spirit), about...what you think? If not, it's OK.

I believe in the Trinity just like you do. For those Christians that don't believe in the trinity, I'm not going to avoid them out of fear of being led astray.
There are going to be a lot of Christians that will have different beliefs than I. As a general rule of thumb, I'm not going to exclude them.

Thank you Kevin. Just need to know what others think because some others also say hard things like "heresy" or something else. I don't know what to think about them. But I believe similar to them.
clarification: I do believe in the Trinity.

Hey Dominic, great question!!
I also believe in the Trinity, BUT I can understand where people are coming from to some extent who say it is a later interpretation and is too restrictive and humanistic view of the unimaginable awesomeness of the Godhead!
There's a Pastor whose teaching I've been very blessed with: Irvin Baxter. He is a oneness pentecostal. I would still highly recommend most of his teaching. I actually listened to a series from him about the Godhead and found it great, until a point where he seemed to be saying that Jesus was something like 'the beginning' of God's creation of the Universe. So that Jesus was 'begun' as a precurser to Jesus' creation of the Universe. This spooked me and I switched it off. Just didn't feel right. So be a little bit cautious. The whole subject is obviously VERY complex, and I genuinely believe (as with a massive amount of theological debates) that a lot of the argument comes down to terminology, with different sides understanding different meanings by the same terms. I do think the Word of God is clear that the Lord Jesus existed "from the beginning". And even "from everlasting". So that seems clear. I would still fellowship with oneness pentecostals if I believed they were truly born again and truly loved the Lord Jesus.

For example, I once had a tongue speaking experience in 2001 when I was in the military. I left that church because I feel away into sins and depression. This brother does belong to the Oneness Pentecostal denomination and we pray and even cry together. We just had one argument a few months ago but our fellowship is restored now. I just felt weird that he didn't' believe in the Trinity. Anyways, thank you for your comments brother.
