Been really tired today. The urges seem to be more prevalent when I am tired. I have to thank the Lord that I have the strength to get my mind on something else. It helps to pray but when I am this tired, it is hard to focus on prayer and not have my mind wander. Maybe that is ok since my mind wanders to other things besides MB or porn. I slept 12 hours last night and took a 2 hour nap today plus had nausea. I am praying for answers on Tuesday when I see the specialist again.
I am getting down from not feeling well. It's hard to stay positive when you are too tired to accomplish anything.

ARGH! My idiot soon to be ex is at it again. Beth has custody of Ellie and went in to file for disability for her. Gee someone beat her to it...give you 3 guesses who. Beth got everything straightened out thank God! It's just too bad she discovered his asinine idea before the government gave him money for Ellie. Government doesn't like being defrauded. At least God answered my prayers about him not hurting anyone else.

Men can be dumb at times. Remember in your anger do not sin. Don't judge him or you too might be judged my dear. Love you sister. It will all work out. My friend tells me that my God is bigger than you.

I am judged all the time John. By people and God. I always come out lacking... no worries I had my family and friends on FB pray for me. Yes I wanted to stoop down to his level but I managed with God's help not to. I just need prayer to keep my mouth shut when I see him on the 21st for court. Ugh it is so not easy being a Christian.

1 Corinthians 10:13 13 No temptation[c] has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted[d] beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted,[e] he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
This is true. There is always a choice for us to make when tempted. Do we give in or do we fight it by doing something else? We cannot say there wasn't a choice.

You can do it and be strong. Just think of the times you set me back on solid ground. It will work out whatever God intends for It to work out. Pause, pray, proceed is something my daughter came up with one day. It's simple to remember and is so deep. So girl remember to do just that and leave it up to the God who is bigger than you. Take care and write soon.

Well all the blood work has come back normal so far. They are doing 2 more tests and then it's on to the next specialist...I am getting tired of this. I am going to research some natural cures for fatigue and joint pain. See if changing my diet some more will help. I did do a detox on Friday and Monday. That helped with some of the fatigue. I will do it again tomorrow morning. Really simple and natural...10 oz.of warm water, lemon juice, 1 tsp of cayenne pepper, and a touch of honey. Mix together and drink on an empty stomach. Wait 1-2 hours and then have your normal breakfast routine. The cayenne pepper strips the mucus off your intestinal walls and the lemon juice pulls the toxins out. You will poo more...but it is gentle and doesn't distress your intestines. You may have to cut back on the cayenne pepper tho...that can cause your tummy to get upset if you aren't used to spicy/hot.

I completely understand how our physical health makes it hard to read the Bible and even to concentrate on prayer. I'm glad my thoughts are prayers b/c I know that I've had a hard time praying and reading the Bible the last week after what happened.
Have you checked into candida overgrowth?
I use the Garden of Life supplements. I know you can get joint pain by having yeast in your joints. I think they call it rheumatoid arthritis.
The Garden of Life was started by a Messianic Jew who was almost dead at 21 with Chrohn's Disease and he was cured by natural meds. I take his products and I order them discount.
His name is Jordan Rubin and they were ready to start cutting out his intestines and he said he was going to die either with all his body parts or God was going to heal him.
I take his Fungal Defense Products esp. after I've had an antibiotic. My pediatrician gave ABs out like candy when my sis and I were growing up. Nowadays, they don't do that. Check out his books and his story. I think you can even get his books for free or at the library. He talks about eating more like the Levitical Diet as much as you can w/o eating a lot of processed food and sugar.
I'll keep prayin' for ya Amy. I know we've talked about how the gluten free diet is good and it's helped me a lot.
Send me a PM if you have any questions.

Here is Jordan Rubin's Story. www.crohns.net/miva/education/articles/HSO_PrimDef.shtmlI take his probiotics and his vitamins and minerals everyday. And when I slack off, I can tell I get sicker more. Our food is so depleted of natural probiotics that we are one of the sickest nations on earth.

Honestly. I feel like I've been run over by a truck. I am in so much pain and then I'm having trouble sleeping. It does wear on a person after a while. I just don't have the energy I did a couple of weeks ago.
I'll keep praying for you too.

Daniela, Thank you for the link. I would love to try their program but the cost is prohibitive for me. I have been doing some research on natural foods and spices to try and I am going to start taking a probiotic again. I do eat plain yogurt every morning but with my stomach surgery there can be a build up of yeast in the intestines.
HS3, I am sorry you aren't doing well. I know what it's like not getting sleep because of the pain. I will continue to pray for you.
I am anxiously awaiting the 21st. It can't come soon enough.

I'm starting my Garden of Life Primal Defense Again and I felt a little better today. The pain wasn't as bad but I still had to sleep on the couch last night.
I find this PB to be the best there is out there. Check out the reviews on Amazon. And, I order it from Luckyvitamin or you can check some other outlet even Amazon and just start with one pill a day.
I am also going to go back to using my Jack LaLayne juicer again so chewing raw food doesn't flare up my TMJ arthritis. I get 200 tabs for 50 bucks, but if you start slow, these will last you a while. I find this PB to be more comprehensive than most other PB.
80% of our immune system is found in our gut and if that ain't healthy, than neither are we. Some places will give you a copy of Rubin's books for free if you just try one of his products.
I like the fact that he went back to the Bible for God's advice on a diet.
