Oh no, we don't have temples :-). I will mainly be attending camp meetings and also a convention of lay members of my church.

My ancestors on my mom's side are all from Germany. My great grandfather spoke German.
If I was going where you are, I'd be visiting so many WW2 memorials! I'd like to go to Point du Hoc, France where the memorial is for the men who died during the invasion of Normandy. All of the crosses and Stars of David's are symetrical. It's a sobering place to be to memorialize all those who fought for our freedoms back then.
