This thread has over 4000 views. I know God have us music for therapy and fun. Even my book, "Your Sexually addicted Spouse" says to listen to soothing music if/when you're triggered or take up a new hobby. Hubby bought me professional watercolors and supplies from Cheapjoesart.com and it's great therapy. There no right and wrong to it. I like to trace different leaves and then put different fall colors on my leave and watch the pattern the colors make as they blend together. Also, I learned about other Christian artists that I didn't know about.
And I ditto your post about listening to appropriate music b/c that is a fine line there.
